Role: Buyer/ Expeditor
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum
Location: Rotherham
Our client is a leading manufacturing and distribution business.
The Role:
To deliver business/functional results, developing and working towards the strategic core competencies and acting in the spirit of the company values.
Responsibilities:
Factored Goods:
- Working to a computer generated re-order list, order all items of factored goods
- Progress all factored goods on a daily basis
- Source quotations from suppliers for factored to meet sales enquiry deadlines
- Maintain minimum stocks of key factored items
Ad-Hoc purchase requests
- Placing ad-hoc purchase requests
- Expedite deliveries
The successful candidate:
Will have experience operating at a similar level.
