This specialist building materials company supply a range of ready-mix concrete, sand and gravel materials to various markets for customers spanning the UK and Ireland. They are also part of a globally recognised, industry leading group that is the second largest of their kind. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling production operations across the Isle of Man. You will do this by ensuring that all of the company's production facilities run smoothly, meet business targets, conduct route cause analysis and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will come from a building materials, quarrying or similar environment and have experience in an operations-based role. Candidates with a degree in an Engineering discipline are encouraged to apply.
