• Lead, support and implement large projects or workstreams within the Recommissioning Programme with an operational focus

• Workstreams that the Commissioning manager will be working on include implementation of contracts, onboarding of new suppliers and operational readiness

• The role will need to draw on operational and business experience to develop business solutions within projects related to the Recommissioing Programme, supply chain management is key to this

• Ensure workstream/project implementation and delivery is in line with the Operational Policy Guidance, contractual requirements and any other Trust initiatives

• Engage in additional projects and workstreams to support changing business needs

• To work with cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change

• Work collaboratively with wider project team to develop solutions to complex business problems to ensure that strategic objectives are fulfilled

• Working closely with the Project Lead in maintaining the project/workstream scope, milestones and deliverables

• Creating and distributing timely, clear and concise workstream reporting and communication

Profile

• Demonstrable experience working on a number of initiatives simultaneously and at pace

• Operational experience including supply chain management

• Demonstrable experience of successfully engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining productive working relationships to achieve change

• Proven ability of proactively working on own initiative, under pressure to tight timescales, managing and prioritising workload.

• Experience of implementing contracts

• Experience of designing and implementing business processes

• Experience of successfully delivering service design and change projects

• Demonstrable experience of influencing and delivering change in a large organisation

• Experience of working within a cross-functional project environment
