Procurement Lead - Global Management Consultancy - London based with flexibility - £100k - £120k + cash benefits, bonus and excellent package

This award winning global management consultancy is one of the leading consultancy firms in the world. Leading the way across innovation, client partnerships and staff development, they are going from strength to strength in the global market and are now looking for senior procurement individuals to help develop and lead their procurement practice.

The role

• Leading a team of supply chain professionals across Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma and FMCG clients - the biggest brands in the world
• Partnering the client to design strategies and deliver solutions to combat complex global supply chain problems
• Leading R&D, Tech design and Supply Chain initiatives to remain on top of procurement innovation
• Work on new business development opportunities and build current client base
• Participate in end to end development of bespoke products and solutions in partnerships with leading brands

Skills required

• First and foremost - excellent knowledge of end to end procurement and the ability to provide technical information
• Prior consultancy experience with the capacity to design and deliver on complex supply chain problems
• An inquisitive mind with the creative mind-set to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table
• An excellent communication style with the gravitas and softer skills to influence and drive through change
• The ability to engage in sales opportunities and execute on new client requirements
