Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a new Sales On-Site Account Manager.

Job Title: Service Operations Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus car allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday (with flexibility)
Location: Sunderland

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for customer delivery and stock controllers within the team.

· Responsible for managing P&L and ensuring profit estimates and targets are met.

· To maximise revenue from the customers.

· Effectively communicate technical information to the customer.

· To produce strategic short- and long-term plans.

· Drive the supply of everything other than raw materials to the customers.

· Manage SLA adherence for each team.

· Innovate and reduce cost.

· Make use of provided services such as; finance, procurement and logistics.

· Lead the team with enthusiasm, energy, drive and vigour.

Desirable Skills:

· Customer Account Manager or client facing Business Development experience within a manufacturing/automotive industry.

· Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Techniques.

· Understanding of MRO.

· Full driving license.
