We have five specialist industry-facing faculties; Lifeskills, Lifestyles, A Levels & Business, Technology, and Creative Arts, who each operate across our four group colleges: City of Oxford College, Banbury and Bicester College, Bracknell and Wokingham College and Reading College.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Lifestyles Faculty, to lead and design more effective faculty administrative systems and processes and to proactively improve the Group services faculty interface. You will assist in ensuring that the faculty adheres to Activate Learning processes, procedures, academic management and all of our quality compliance across the whole faculty in all counties.

Working alongside our carefully selected Employer-Partners, to develop our learners’ knowledge, skills and attributes, offering them a direct line of sight to the world of work, and making them highly employable in career pathways including professional cookery, sport, hairdressing, beauty therapy, media makeup artistry, public services and animal management.

Working closely with the Faculty Director of Curriculum Design, the Faculty Operations Manager is a key leadership position in the faculty, with around half of your time focussed on managing, supporting and developing our existing team of Faculty Co-ordinators. The other half of your time will be committed to fulfilling the work of a highly proficient Faculty Co-ordinator at the Bracknell and Wokingham College campus.
