This is a brand new role for the business where you will report directly to the Head of Operations and take ownership of the acquisitions process. With the supply base of professionals being at the heart of the business, this role will ensure fast paced and efficient supply growth as the business scales. This is a high output role and a unique opportunity to become a key member of the team as they roll out further across the UK and internationally!

This People Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 2 and be accountable for growing the supply workforce in the UK. Responsibilities will include:

• Forecasting to meet targeted demand and implementing an effective strategic and tactical plan to meet this.
• Optimising the end-to-end supply conversion funnel, from advertising campaign to new joiner
• Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
• Set-up and management of non-expensive acquisition channels
• Daily and weekly tackling of conversion and actuals vs targets, amending execution plan as necessary to ensure success
• Use analytics to define supply side strategy, constantly analysing all available data to ensure that all decisions are data driven

We're looking for a data driven and strategic People Operations Manager who thrives working in a start up environment! Ideally candidates will have previous management experience however this is not essential.

Must be confident with strong leaderships skills and be passionate about helping grow the business. This is a fast paced and high pressured environment so this People Operations Manager needs to be organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
