Logistics Supervisor (Inbound Team)        Biggleswade

Responsible for all inbound product movements and for meeting the KPI's of the business. You will supervise a team of 9 staff - managing performance and motivation, training and development and absence.

Our client operate a "right first time" quality standard and you will be responsible for driving and achieving high standards of customer service.

You will manage the training requirments of your team -including Health and Safety and ensure high housekeeping and 5S standards.

You will also be required to carry out operational activities - picking, packing and putting stock away to support the team when required.

Person requirement

Educated to A Level or equivalent you will have previous Supervisory experience in a Logistics environment.

You will be focused and motivated with a desire to progress and develop.

You will have strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.

You will be flexible on working hours.

IT skills are essential.

You will be a hands-on team leader.

Salary up to £25k with excellent benefits package -including 25 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Profit Share bonus and Health Cash Plan.
