Operations Manager - Fire Alarms, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems
I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager within the Fire and Security Industry.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge on Security Systems and have a basic understanding of Fire Alarm Systems.
Although this is not an engineering position the suitable candidate will be able to lead by example and get stuck in to assist the team if necessary.
Salary; £37,000 - £41,000
Responsibilities include;
- Help drive productivity with high KPI performance
- You must be able to ensure the engineers Compliance and training requirements are kept up to date
- On Site assistance when required
- Working to High British Standards
Knowledge and Experience;
- 5 + Years within the Security Industry
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems
- Effective communication both written and verbally
- Full UK Driving License
- You must be able to pass Security Screening
