We are currently recruiting for a Stock Analyst to work for a leading international company. This is a very busy role where you will be working within a supply chain team responsible for managing product levels and forecasting demand and revenue figures. This is a very fast paced environment that requires the ability to prioritise and multi-task. You will need to be confident challenging and influencing others and have excellent analytical and forecasting skills. This role is working for a fantastic company with a great working environment. The role is initially a 3 month role, however, the company can offer long term opportunities for the right candidates.

The Role

This is a busy and pressurised role where you will be required to work to tight deadlines. You will be required to multi-task and problem solve. This is an data driven role where you will be using your strong excel skills managing product information and producing forecasts based on historical trends and live data. You will play an important role in key commercial decisions for the business.

The Ideal Candidate

You need to have excellent data management and analytical skills with good attention to detail. You must be confident liaising with a wide range of people and have effective communication and influencing skills. You will need to be keen to learn and be comfortable taking responsibility. The ability to work with technical systems including a good working knowledge of MS Excel is also essential.

Additional Information

Salary is around £20,000-£22,000 dependent on experience. This role in initially a 3 month contract but there are plenty of internal opportunities that you can be considered for once the contract is up. Free parking is also provided.
