Supply Chain Coordinator needed for new role with Newton Abbot based manufacturer

Your new role

The primary objective of your role is to ensure that the supply chain is focused on supporting the needs of the business through the timely delivery of supply chain coordination; and also to ensure successful delivery of products to the companies customers. Your duties include (but are not limited to):

Being the main point of contact for order management

• Maximising Revenue and Reducing Backlog
• 360 Product supply
• Managing the database
• Management of booked customer orders execution; Scheduled Ship Dates
• Cross department liaising with the businesses customers, sales, warehouse, sales team members, logistics partners and across Order Management

What you'll need to succeed

To be chosen for the role you must possess the following skills/experience:

• Customer service experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, shipping, international trading and/or logistics field
• Experience with warehouse shipping functions
• Familiarity with sales order scheduling and inventory allocation activities
• Excellent communications skills
