Warehouse Department Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Department Manager with Spectrum for Arcadia in Daventry. This is an exciting and demanding position working at a brand new site with a leading international fashion retailer.

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

This is a permanent position as a Warehouse Manager and is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of something special with plenty of room to develop on a clear career path.

Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager will be, but not limited to:

• You will be part of the initial set up of a new site in Daventry - you will be responsible for supporting projects and taking part in testing
• Day to day management of a particular department, management of employee levels and performance, standards, reporting, cost control and achieving KPIs
• Ensure Team Managers are managing individual/team productivities
• Plan department recruitment in line with volumes and budget and adapt labour requirements in line with revised forecasts

Must haves as a Warehouse Manager:

• You will have experience of managing large teams and people management
• Experience in a multi channel distribution or logistics environment or a similar warehouse manager role
• Experience of continuous improvement projects - ideally being part of implementing change and new ideas
• Experience of sophisticated WMS (warehouse management system)
