Service Demand Planner

Interaction are currently seeking a Service Demand Planner for one of our clients based in Exeter for a permanent role.

hours are 37.5 hours per week. 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

This role involves assisting approximately 20 -30 Project Managers to complete their installs by communicating closely with other departments and ensuring products are shipped as required.

Main responsibilities: 

  • To support Field Engineers by organising and scheduling timely and accurate Service deliveries to the field through management of stock, ordering and dispatching/debriefing parts 
  • To be the primary point of contact for all Engineer issues for their designated region including management of returns for repair and stock 
  • To manage expectations and provide timely feedback; utilizing an analytical and exploratory approach to meet Engineer requirements
  • To ensure that all agreed service levels are achieved and maintained with no interruption to any essential projects or jobs, pro-actively seeking solutions



We are seeking someone who possess a number of the following attributes and experience:

  • Experienced Customer Services background, operating in line with best practice
  • Possess a can do attitude
  • Experienced in resolving customer issues in an efficient and polite manner
  • Project planning experience
  • Team player with a flexible and adaptive attitude to work hours to meet the needs of the business
  • Highly numerate and literate.
  • Excellent IT skills inc SAP & excel
  • People focused
  • Team player and highly motivated
  • Project Management
