Due to continuous growth our client, a leading supplier based on the outskirts of Dorking, seeks an experienced Logistics and Finance Administration Assistant to join their team.

Working in a personable and very busy team you will be responsible for the coordination of shipments from China to UK, USA and worldwide through negotiation of shipment costs, collating all import/ export documentation and general project management support.
Alongside this you will support the Financial Controller with administrative duties including; invoicing, P&L update and maintenance and monthly distribution of credit card information.

The successful candidate will have previous coordination experience as well as strong numeracy & attention to detail skills. First class communication skills are essential (written & verbal) as well as the willingness to develop all of the above whilst establishing a long standing career within an ever growing industry.

This is a full time permanent role with hours of 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Due to location own transport is essential and an immediate start is available for the right individual (notice periods will also be taken into account).
