Purchaser Procurment Exeter Permanent

We are currently looking for Purchaser on a permanent basis for one of our clients based in Exeter.

This will be working on the 9am - 5pm shift Monday to Friday with overtime available at the weekends.

The role will involve:

• Ensure purchases meet specifications
• Assist in finding new cost-effective suppliers and drive cost reduction
• Maintain good relationships with current suppliers
• Keep stock levels within parameters
• Raise accurate and timely purchase orders
• Process supplier invoices onto the purchase ledger

You will need to have:

• Effective communicator
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work as a key member of the finance team
• Adaptable to new processes and systems of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
