We have a wonderful opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join this market-leading international organisation, based in stunning central Birmingham offices.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator within this impressive and prestigious company, you will oversee and coordinate "Supply and Fit projects" for this company, using a variety of CRM and software systems. Managing the process from quotation and purchase to delivery of product and labour, all the way through to payments and production of final invoice, you will ensure that the customer is satisfied with the finished product supplied by the company. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, building up rapport with ease.

In this varied and challenging opportunity that will keep you on your toes, you will also capture any product complaints that may arise and ensure they are reported onto the CRM system, so they can be effectively tracked and resolved. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will communicate regularly with customers, passing across site findings, arranging corrective work where necessary and negotiating on financial claims.

Working in a role where no two days will be the same, you will work closely with the organisation’s Account Managers, customers and other external stakeholders to successfully deliver projects and to encourage and implement this company’s product recycling scheme. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will also maintain and regularly update all CRM databases with outstanding attention to detail, ensuring that account, address and invoicing information are available to be viewed. Maintaining a clear line of communication with the customer at all times, you will liaise with them to notify them of any changes to their order, when necessary.

For this exciting and varied project and logistics coordination opportunity, you will need to have experience in a similar role, whilst experience in a global, multi-serviced organisation is desirable. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is key, along with an excellent telephone manner and a "roll your sleeves up" attitude to all that you attempt. You will also need to be confident at liaising with a range of stakeholders and customers in a complex market environment.
