Personal Qualities / Characteristics

The ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Solid interpersonal and communication skills are vital Ability to manage, motivate and develop personnel and basic understanding of HR 'best practice'

Experienced in commercial dealings directly with customers/end-users.

Comfortable with financial concepts of forecasts, budgets, cost management and other KPl's Areas of responsibility

Day to day management Support Team and Professional Services

Manage key 3 rd party partnerships and other suppliers of operational goods & services

Deal with all support escalations from direct reports & customers in a timely manner Project / Order delivery to budget & timescale

Key Objectives Assume responsibility for all Operational matters including commercial aspects Ensure projects are managed effectively and delivered on time and to Budget Focus on building relationships especially with the organisations top 5 customers

Understand the financial aspects of the operational area (commercials, Budgets, forecasts)

Mentor and develop the direct reports & delegate responsibility Look to grow revenue opportunities within the installed base, wholesale & retail

Introduce repeatable process/procedure to improve efficiency and define responsibilities Co-ordinate resources to ensure optimal efficiency (measured by run-rates and other KPl's)
