A new Operational Project Management role exists for a 2:1/1st class graduate, to support the delivery of projects and provide supporting a variety of stakeholders with time critical Corporate Deals & Matters. A broad and varied brief includes:

Service Delivery Management
-Ensure adequate project management, supervision & participation throughout project lifecycles
-Review & confirmation of delivery approach across a portfolio of projects
-Delivering compliance with recommendations, project plans, cost estimates, procedures & specifications
-Acts as reference point for team resourcing & service issues
Subject Matter Expert
-Sharing knowledge & expertise for successful delivery of Virtual Data Rooms & or due diligence tasks projects
-Keep up to date with developments on relevant services & legal technology
-Management of project teams including performance monitoring & team innovations

•Stakeholder management of expectations & interests
•Providing specialist advice tailored to individual client requirements

As a 2:1/1st class graduate having undertaken a Legal Practice Course or Bar Professional Training Course, you will demonstrate a minimum of 12-months experience gained as a Paralegal or in-house Project Manager, a track record of delivering Corporate, M&A or due diligence projects and hands-on staff management skills. The role demands strong MS Office experience, excellent interpersonal ability and the gravitas to manage stakeholder and client expectations.
