Job Title: Senior Electrical Contracts Manager

Salary: £90,000 basic salary (with additional company benefits)

The Company

My client is Tier 1 MEP building services contractor with an annual T/O in the region of £50 million. They have been in business for over 30 years and predominantly cover the commercial, residential, leisure, hotel, healthcare and critical services sectors. Due to securing numerous major projects and with a healthy pipeline of works; they are now seeking a senior electrical contracts manager to join the business. This role will be a combination of office and site based. It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical project/ contracts manager looking to progress their career while working on exciting & challenging projects across London

The Job Role

As senior electrical contracts manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing singular/ multiple projects from inception through to completion
  • Be the first point of contact for the public, clients, consultants, subcontracts and project team
  • Ensuring H&S is adhered too at all times
  • Negotiating & monitoring subcontractors
  • Planning critical dates and ensuring schemes are delivered on time and according to project

The Remuneration Package
