The Role
* Managing a number of display campaigns from start to finish to ensure return on investment for advertisers
* Responsibility for managing a team of 4 Ad Operations Execs
* Testing creatives, tagging sites, offering recommendations to sales teams and clients on campaign performance as well as being a point of contact for any requests regarding ad operations campaign performance
* Taking a lead on new client integration's, projects and product roll outs
* Working very closely with internal stakeholders as well as clients directly so you will take away huge amounts of strategic insight from this role
The candidate
* Experience using adserving technology to be able to grasp the technical nuances of the role as early as possible
* Excited about being having the chance to manage a team - prior team management experience would be beneficial but not imperative
* Extensive experience in tracking and reporting of campaign performance to ensure they are being delivered effectively on time and to quality standards to ensure clients are happy and remain spending their ad revenue with the agency
