- Leading a team of Team Managers and operatives in a fast moving environment
- Ensure customer SLA's are consistently met
- On-going training and development of the team
- Accountability for shift operations
- Maintenance and management of WMS
- Drive culture
- Health and safety
Profile
- Previous experience within a warehousing/logistics operation is essential
- FMCG/Fashion/Retail experience is desirable
- Strong people manager who is encouraging, engaging and passionate about people development
- Strong customer and commercial focus
- Strong communication skills and able to interface with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Experience of working with HR processes
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Positive can do attitude to change and wants to initiate change
Job Offer
