My client is a national landscape services business specialising in new build landscaping projects, encompassing both soft and hard landscape installations, ranging from small domestic designs up to £2m+ bespoke projects.
We believe it is people who push our business forward; their commitment, vision and attitudes make the company a success. We are looking for an Operations Manger to join our established Fencing Department located in our regional base in Northampton.
You will have strong leadership skills and a demonstrable track record of building successful and effective teams based on the TCL Group values.
This role presents a financially and commercially astute operational manager the opportunity to join a forward thinking and growing business.
Your key skills will include:-
•Maximising operational efficiency, including staff allocation, materials availability, commercial targets and customer expectations.
•Delivering quality works in budget as per the contractual specification.
•Driving continuous improvement using operational I.T. solutions.
•Strong organisational capability in a fast paced and multidiscipline environment.
•Client relationship management and strong customer service skills.
