Role: Export Planner

Location: Slough

Salary: £28-33K

Pod Talent is partnering with a leading pharmaceuticals organisation in search of an experienced export planner to join their fast-paced and vibrant logistics team.

Responsibilities:

- The coordination of global shipments

- Export planning and tracking shipments, ensuring relevant permits are processed to allow timely cross border shipments

- Leading the despatch process and ensuring timely receipt of sock from manufacturers

- Monitoring all stock levels and deployments

- Sales order processing and logistics customer services

- Maintain all permit, shipment and OTIF KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvements

- Ensure data and administration is accurately managed

Requirements:

- Experienced with import & export models

- High level of accuracy with stock management, security and compliance

- Strong knowledge on international regulations, laws and cultures relating to pharmaceutical products

- Strong level of accuracy with detailed analysis and within high pressured environments

- The ability to take on responsibility and determination to develop your role

- University degree

- ERP or SAP experience

- Good Excel skills

- Fluent in English

- 1-3 years' experience in a logistics planning and supply chain role
