The job will give you some fantastic opportunities to work across different areas, with a variety of people at all levels of seniority.

You will assist the Relationship Manager to develop, manage and advise on relationships with external organisations, overseeing and co-ordinating mutually beneficial relationships built on a firm understanding of one another's policies and strategic priorities.

We are looking for a genuine team player who can work alongside a team of experts and industry professionals.

As part of this role, you will be expected to : -

  • Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders/third parties
  • Help identify and act appropriately to address any stakeholder issues
  • Contribute to the overall development and maintenance of more 2 life's reputation
  • Have a customer focus
  • Support the development and implementation of changes and policies that cater to third party/stakeholder relations
  • Be a key contact to manage and deal with daily enquiries by third parties/stakeholders
  • Attend, minute, chair or manage governance for more 2 life's third parties which includes conveyancer, surveyors and packagers
  • Help develop, maintain and manage service standards and agreements in line with contractual obligations
  • Assist business units to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projects
  • Support stakeholder forums, meetings and management information
  • Ensure relevant management information is compiled and analysed
  • To liaise with key personnel within the business
  • To comply with all FCA policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
  • To assist in the delivery of projects where applicable
  • Monitor and ensure SLAs are adhered to
  • Advising senior management of issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively

Essential Skills
  • Ability to build good relationships at all levels (internal and external)
  • Being client focused in all activities
  • Being proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience of working in a fast paced working environment and able to manage multiple high priority tasks
Desirable Skills
  • Previous knowledge of equity release products and industry would be favourable
  • Previous experience of mortgage processing or similar environment would be beneficial
