Operations Manager -Cyber Security Consultancy

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and resourcing, planning, scheduling and managing of the delivery of technical and consulting cyber security services to a wide range of clients
- Provide support to consultants by providing the resources, coaching, and empowerment needed; in addition to removing roadblocks and distractions, so they can focus on accomplishing their goals.
- Facilitate growth through developing and maintaining meaningful partnerships.
- Increase profitability by implementing services and methodologies that complement our services portfolio.
- Develop and implement the strategy that enhances the efficiency, impact, and profitability of the organisation, and its affiliates.
- Program and project management, including planning, deployment, implementation, and training of performance and productivity solutions throughout the organization, and its affiliates.
- Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and training for sales team.
Job Type / Category
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background within the IT industry and a track record of delivering Cyber Security solutions within the small business environment.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Highly literate in technology and computer skills
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills; assertiveness as well as diplomacy and the ability to determine when each is required.
- Excellent training and questioning skills as well as the ability to identify, isolate, and communicate problems from and to all levels of customer base and staff. Provide problem solving solutions over the phone, through email, and remote session
- Enthusiastic approach towards learning new systems and software packages. Capability of mastering basic knowledge and skills to perform job duties.
