Assistant Operations Manager required in Stamford for growing manufacturer.

Our growing client is looking to recruit an Assistant Operations Manager to join their team in Stamford.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing day to day support across production, planning, health & safety, quality and dispatch.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a good multi functional manufacturing background probably from an SME site, you could specialise in one of the above specialisms but will need to be passionate about development into the other areas. You will be confident and a good communicator with good IT skills and be looking to grown and further develop in this organisation.

What you'll get in return
This role is paying between £30,000 - £35,000 with good opportunities to develop.
