My client is an established FM Service provider who have had extensive growth over the past year. In the last 6 months they have been awarded and started to deliver M&E Services to a well know multi-site client portfolio in London and are looking to recruit a Maintenance Contract Manager for a portfolio of sites across West London including Hillingdon, Harrow, Brent, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith. The role will be to manage the day to day engineering function across the estate ensuring all planned & reactive maintenance is delivered. Reporting into the Account Manager you will manage a team of 10 engineers through a Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with extensive experience of delivering M&E services across a multi-site estate. You will be a qualified engineer in either mechanical or electrical engineering and have a flexible approach to work.
