Job Role: Bid Manager/Business Development Manager
Location: West Sussex (ability to work from home 2 days a week)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This thriving charity are now looking to appoint a Bid Manager/Business Development Manager to become a key member of the business development team and to lead and manage all aspects of the bid writing process, including the development and delivery of the bids.
This vacancy is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most ambitious and rapidly expanding charities across the UK, which will provide multiple opportunities for career progression and development,
Key Requirements:
- Lead and manage the whole bid writing process from beginning to end.
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Business Development to identify and develop new services.
- Lead on high priority tenders for both new and existing services/projects.
- Manage tenders.
- Maintain internal and external relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience leading and managing on bid writing processes from beginning to end.
- Must have experience working within the third sector/children’s services or public sector.
- Must have strong leadership skills.
- Must be a strong communicator.
