Role Outline

As an Operations Manager you will work as part of a centrally integrated management team, within the Telecoms Operational delivery team, based out of our office in Warrington. The purpose of the role, is to provide safe, efficient management of the contracts, provide strong leadership for the operational and planning function and to act as ambassador with the client.

Ideally you will have lots of experience in the Telecoms and will have experience in a similar role managing a team.

Responsibilities

Daily & Weekly progress reports
To provide clear and inspirational leadership to the regional team
Ensure that all QESH procedures are adhered to and that all activities are carried out
Ensure that all employee relations issues on the contract are managed efficiently and effectively.
Manage and develop relationships through maintaining regular contact with the client representatives.
Continual review of resources and activities with a view to maximising the operational performance and ensuring cost effectiveness.
Continual review of existing working practices with a view to introducing alternatives where needed
Provide support to the Operations Director in all areas of the contract as required


Essential Requirements


Experience in a delivery / operational management role
Full Driving License
NRSWA Operatives Card (supervisors is a big plus)
Related Qualifications ( SSSTS / NRSWA / NVQ etc )
