Are you an ambitious Transactional Finance and Operations Manager? Do you enjoy getting involved in an analytical environment managing a successful team and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and implement controls to promote continuous improvement within business.

As a Transactional Finance and Operations Manager you will be responsible for all finance operations and treasury activities by managing a transactional team of accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury functions.

Duties Include:

  • Managing a team of Transactional and Treasury staff
  • Ensuring teams are trained and resourced to achieve their responsibilities
  • Ensuring key objectives and KPIs are met
  • Implementing control measures
  • Analysing and reporting on performances and effectiveness of teams
  • Operational Duties
  • Long and short term cash flow reporting and forecasting
  • Process improvement and streamlining processes

About the Person for the Transactional Finance and Operations Manager

  • Previous experience in a large complex organisation
  • You will have a proven track record of excellent team management.
  • Strong technical accounting
  • Strong IT and Financial systems knowledge
  • Ideally a degree in Finance or Certificate in Treasury or Banking (however, not essential)
