We are working with an outstanding and rapidly growing textile organisation who are seeking to recruit a Purchasing Manager to lead their full Supply Chain. This is a key senior role for this highly successful business and they are seeking a confident and professional candidate who can hit the ground running and work with the Director to double the size of the business in the next couple of years. This role will involve both managing a Merchandising Assistant and working independently to manage the full Supply Chain process.
This varied and demanding role will include:
- Managing stock balances with supply and demand
- Building and maintaining international relationships with key stakeholders
- Arranging for new ranges to be brought into the business working alongside the buying team
- Managing the shipment of goods from the Far East
- Ensuring that all shipments arrive on time and communicating with the international factories
- Managing the reporting and data analysis of statistics
- Supporting the senior management team

- Ideally 5 years+ experience in Supply Chain management
- Experience in leading a small team
