An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Logistics professional to join the Operations Team of a well-known and instantly recognisable brand to deliver first-class service through Supply Chain to Retailers.
As the Logistics Lead you are one of the key first points of contact for 3rd Party Warehousing (3PL) providers as well as other logistics/shipping partners.
You will become the leading authority on maintaining accurate Customs data maintaining systems and records while contributing towards continuous improvement projects to make operations more efficient with automation and development. Additionaly you are responsible for dangerous goods and inventory stock management.
Key Expereince:
- 3+ years of Logistics, Inventory and supply chain experience with a strong operational and execution focus.
- Experience with order management (Oracle) or similar ERP system.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Experience in working with a duty management system an advantage with ability to pro-actively learn quickly.
- Strong background in process improvement and proven project coordination and analytical skills.
- Excellent Developing MS Office skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
A relevant logistics, supply chain, business qualification or related degree would be advantageous.
Strong Analytical, investigative skills, both written and verbal communication with an attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
