This opportunity is for an ambitious & hard-working graduate, who has an interest in Gadgets & building an E-Commerce brand.
Working closely with our Tech and Digital Marketing teams, you will be focused on optimising our subscriber retention rates & will develop a strong understanding of subscriber analytics, product sourcing, fulfilment & customer experience.
The Role
You will be focused on optimising subscriber retention rates of our subscription box brand GadgetDiscoveryClub.com through:
- Researching, sourcing & buying innovative gadgets with great techspecs for thousands of Gadget Discovery Club members (training is provided)
- Private labelling each product for our gadget brand, RISE Electronics
- Creating appealing packaging content & user guidelines together with our designer
- Co-ordinate with our fulfilment partner to ensure boxes are dispatched and delivered to customers on time each day
- Monitoring & optimising retention rates by identifying & implementing initiatives to improve customer experience
Improving commercials & profitability by:
- Negotiating the best prices with manufacturers
- Identifying the best shipping channels & negotiating the best rates for shipping routes
- Launching our branded products on online marketplaces including Amazon, NewEgg, Groupon & Wowcher
- Optimising online marketplace listings to drive sales growth

Requirements
- Ambitious graduate with a minimum 2.1 degree
- Passionate about e-commerce, new technology & gadgets (prior experience is not essential as training is provided)
- Commercially intelligent, resourceful & entrepreneurial
- Positive mindset with a hunger to learn
- Good soft skills & a natural negotiator
- Coachable and also a self-starter
- An analytical thinker with good numeric skills
