Procurement Specialist - Iconic Charity - £200 per day - Central London

Leading charitable organisation are targeting a bright and talented procurement professional to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing projects across a broad range of indirect categories. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact while adding real value to an iconic global charity.

Key procurement responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective procurement strategies and execute global strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Influence senior leaders and liaise with global stakeholders to ensure consistent expansion within the procurement function
  • Ensure a high level of supplier performance by proactively managing supplier relations
  • Develop an in-depth of the company's vision and supply requirements
  • Stay abreast with category insights and trends

Key experience and attributes:

  • A proven track record of generating savings and creating value
  • Involvement managing large spends across indirect categories
  • Excellent negation skills and experience managing contracts with suppliers
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
