Due to our continuing success and ambitious growth plans we now have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class Supply Chain Administrator to join our dynamic and vibrant team and support our planning and purchasing functions.

We are looking for a team player with a strong attention to detail and an ambition to develop within supply chain and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Planning of MTS (make-to-stock) SKU’s in line with customer demand and internal inventory KPI’s.
• Maintenance and daily management of the MRP & ERP system (e.g. sales orders, production orders, delivery notes).
• Accurate order processing, price checking and ensuring fulfilment where possible. Ensuring the system is always updated with the last agreed customer dates.
• Provide data input to the Sales & Operational Planning reviews (S&OP).
• Monitor stock cover daily, avoiding stock outs and overstocks where possible, raising these with the Planning Manager where they cannot be avoided.
