Operations Manager

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a position as an Operations Manager within the case management unit. This is a developmental role, offering the chance to work alongside the Head of Operations to influence the services and KPIs of the department. You will be responsible for the operational leadership of the teams; reviewing the department performance, quality of work, service offerings and delivery.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain and raise service levels
  • Manage customer relationships with the nominated Account Manager on operational matters including review of current performance against Service Level Agreements
  • Strong champion of processes and data-driven decision making to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Identify improvements where necessary and make recommendations on solutions
  • Take ownership for resolving day-to-day team issues
  • Ensure correct forecasting for staffing requirements
  • Report on issues such as staff development, training, quality, targets, service levels, productivity etc.
  • Monitoring financial performance against the budget, ensuring strong financial controls are in place

The above list is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such duties as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Liverpool based but will be a requirement for the role to travel within the UK.
