Operational Payroll Manager - Northamptonshire - £50,000 - £60,000

We are seeking an experienced Operational Payroll Manager to work a full time position based in Northamptonshire. You will be responsible for approx. 4 direct reports including Payroll Managers and team leaders. You will have high energy and be passionate about delivering Payroll Managed Services to various high profile industry third party customers.

Leading and managing the operational teams, optimising the performance and productivity of the centre and delivering a service that is compliant, meets contractual obligations with a positive customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a payroll or HR related business or function, ideally a SSC background. With relevant experience in a management capacity demonstrating excellent operational delivery in an outsourced business environment. A proven track record in the successful delivery of business change and service improvement is key.

Ability to act as a general manager and have the capability to apply yourself to different business challenges, people, systems, client, quality and be able to work collaboratively and effectively with offshore teams.

Candidates who have the following experience , will hold a strong advantage:

*Process mapping / improvement experience

* System Implementation / project experience

*Change management experience
