Cleaning Contract Manager

ISS UK is looking to recruit a Cleaning Contract Manager based in and around Swindon, you will play an important role within the contract management team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cleaning services across 5 sites. Managing the clients expectations at all times you will be their first point of call with any queries or requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of the Management team, the primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of the value proposition.
• Leading the Operational function within the relevant portfolio through a local team as well as the business units centralised business support functions.
• Continuously reviewing the appropriateness of contract structures with a view to driving value for money, efficiency & effectiveness.
• Demonstrably championing business development and driving sales by personally setting a clear example to the wider team through success in this area.
• Personal responsibility for ensuring compliance and satisfying all audit requirements associated with our own quality processes as well as meeting the expectations of external stakeholders and other relevant industry and non-industry bodies.
• Ensure operational resources are sufficient to meet the expectations of customers generally as well as all relevant stakeholders in the business.
• Build a high performance team that can deliver excellence in customer service.
• To ensure total adherence to company and industry compliance in all areas with the designated portfolio of responsibility.
• To ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
• Any other duties that may be required.

Person Specification:

• A proven track record based on a minimum of 3 years managerial experience, dealing with cleaning contracts.
• Must be articulate and numerate with good communication/presentation skills with a working knowledge of computer and accounting systems
• Must be self-motivated and energetic.
• Previous experience of working in an Office environment is desirable.
