THE COMPANY
The Brewster Partners are currently working alongside a global manufacturing business to recruit an Export and Logistics assistant to join their team in Worksop.
The main objective of this role is to process order from receipt of order to invoice to assist LATAM, ASPAC and MEA regions.
Ideally located in Worksop, my client are easily accessible to experienced customer Service candidates living in Doncaster, Retford, Gainsborough, Worksop and surrounding areas.
THE JOB
As Customer Service Assistant/ Administrator and reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager, duties will include:
- Holiday cover for reception duties when needed
- Basic administration duties, to include filing, photocopying, scanning and typing
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Inputting orders
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Liaising with Regional Sales Managers regarding orders
- Liaising with customers
- Completing protocol procedure
- Data entry into reports
- Handling of invoices
- Creating warehouse documentation for loading
- Arranging transport
THE PERSON
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- IT skills: must be a competent user of Microsoft packages
- Must have a 'can do' attitude
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
