The role has full autonomy in the direction and strategy Tate Leicester inline with our company values. You will responsible for developing the business and staff, to achieve targets set, continually developing and improving the team.

The position for Operations Manager will ideally suit some one who has been a successful recruiter in the Leicester or East Midlands market place, and has evidence of achieving results through others.

Main Duties:

· Generate new business from new customers
· Achieve financial targets set and manage KPIs daily
· Build relationships with existing customers and ensure regular contact.
· Develop applicant database and ensure we are meeting both our clients and candidates expectations
· Ensure staff are trained and motivated in all aspects of the recruitment process to deliver their goals
· To review and appraise staff on a regular basis.
· Comply with our legal obligations to ensure legislative policies that relate to employment law are met.

Personal Specification:

· Previous recruitment experience.
· Creative
· Excellent communicator
· Team player
· Lead by example
· Determination and enthusiasm
· Computer literate in all MS Office packages
· Performance Management
· Passionate and hungry for success

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record within a sales environment and be able to demonstrate this through examples

The salary for this position is circa £36,000 per annum, plus company car or allowance and flexible benefits including working hours.
