Reporting into the Operations Director , this role would suit a Contract Manager, Customer Services Manager or Administration Manager or Stock Manager with shared-user 3PL experience. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A LOGISTICS BACKGROUND AND 3PL SHARED-USER/MULTI-CLIENT EXPOSURE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

THE ROLE:

  • Management of a team of 8 people directly across the Customer Services & Administration teams.
  • Management of relationships with extremely demanding and high-profile blue-chip businesses (predominantly Major Multiples).
  • Management of Shared-User client portfolio across sectors such as FMCG, eCommerce & Retail.
  • Mixture of open-book & closed-book clients.
  • Engagement, Coaching and Mentoring of your team.
  • Project Planning.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience of CI within a Logistics setting.
  • Peak & Project Planning & Execution.

THE PERSON:

  • Contract Manager, Customer Services Manager or Administration Managerwith shared-user 3PL experience - THIS IS ESSENTIAL.
  • Overall management responsibility for at least 5 heads or more within a Contract Management, Customer Services Management, Administration Management setting.
  • Demonstrable Change Management experience - particularly with Culture and Processes.
  • 3PL experience is extremely desirable.
  • Closed-book experience is preferable.
  • Front-foot & hands-on leadership style.
  • Customer focused mentality.
  • Able to liaise from shop-floor to Board level.
  • Keen to leave a lasting impact and legacy on the wider business.
