An exciting opportunity to join an international Trading Company in London for a FTC - 1 year, has arisen. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and/or Italian and have some type of Shipping/Logistics experience whilst also have strong Administration skills. Must be happy to work in a fast paced team environment. Excellent business communication skills are essential for this role and self motivator is also required. The main duties will be taking, confirming, inputting and monitoring customer orders, liaising closely with the Product Managers/ Sales person. Inputting Purchase Orders and maintaining customer records. Will also be monitoring long term sales contracts and preparing quotes for customers. Exports and Imports to/from Worldwide destinations and dealing with all Documentation procedures. There will be a large amount of phone enquiries, so an excellent telephone manner is a must. You will be highly motivated and be focused. Must speak Spanish and/or Italian along with excellent English.
