You will be managing and maintaining the SAP system to ensure that orders are fulfilled and meet the customers requirements.

Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact with the customer. This will involve developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships.

Description

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Stock maintenance and reporting in the SAP system
  • Management of day to day customer relationships
  • Delivery management with Logistics provider
  • Customer visits and relationship management
  • Liaise with internal staff within the business to ensure all operations run smoothly

Profile

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous Logistics experience
  • Worked within a Customer focused team
  • Had exposure to working with cross functional teams
  • Strong Computing skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level SAP knowledge
