Your new role

You will join the groups Purchasing function and be part of a commercial team responsible for sourcing a range of goods & services. Key duties include-

• Act as the gateway for suppliers within specified categories.
• Preparing and evaluation of tenders.
• Following best purchasing practice when offering stakeholder advice.
• Attend internal and external meetings
• Analysis on pricing, volume, tenders etc.
• Trade shows attendance

What you'll need to succeed

With a proven background at Buyer / Senior Buyer level you will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and an ability to responsible for the strategy & development of a category. CIPS qualified or currently studying is beneficial but not must have.
