Supply Chain, Inventory and Stock Management Assistants

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a new Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Stock Management team for this leading national company who are creating a centralised Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain function in the East Midlands. We are keen to receive applications from Assistant, Analyst and Team Leader / Supervisor level candidates with experience of the following:

  • Experience of working with supply chain, inventory & stock administration roles within a logistics / manufacturing or supply chain critical business
  • Provision of multi-site supply chain services including optimizing stock efficiency and improving processes and procedures to ensure that demand for supplies is managed effectively whilst minimising slow moving or obsolete spares & parts
  • An understanding of stock management processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support operations and management teams across engineering, procurement, finance and shared services functions
  • Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines - able to work at pace
  • Production of inventory reports and analysis
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft and ideally SAP
  • For the team leadership roles you will need to demonstrate prior experience of managing and developing staff together with a passion for improving processes and procedures. You will also be required to visit multiple sites on a regular basis
