THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners Technical division are currently working with a leading distribution company who are based within the Morley area. Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager on a permanent basis.
THE JOB:
- Managing distribution
- Management of 20 direct reports
- Manage team performance
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Develop team members
- Implement new and alternative ways of running the warehouse
- Review procceses
THE PERSON:
- 5 + years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing stock
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with business management systems
- Experience within one of the following transport, distribution or logistics
- Supply chain experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Problem solving abillity
- Good IT and numerical skills
