An excellent opportunity for a buyer to join a global engineering company that can offer you a technically interesting and challenging position, where you will work on a number of different projects for household names worldwide.


The company are a design and manufacturing company with a global presence. They are a leader in what they do, and undergoing consistent growth and expansion at their manufacturing facility due to the high levels of investment and demand for their products. Due to this they are now looking to grow the supply chain team with an additional Buyer.


In this role you will be responsible for purchasing all materials and components used in the manufacture of the company's products. You will be working closely with the manufacturing teams to ensure all materials are available for a wide range of projects that you will help deliver on.


The ideal candidate will be a buyer from a manufacturing or production background, and will have experience of demand planning and working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

The Role:
*Purchasing of all materials and components for manufacture
*Working closely with external suppliers both in the UK and Globally
*Liaising with manufacturing teams to ensure supply meets demand

*Knowledge of demand planning or workflow supply
