OVERVIEW

City Recruitment Group are exclusively retained to recruit a Contract Manager (Birmingham City Centre based on a permanent basis) paying circa £38k (can be negotiable)

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a procurement contract manager, you will be managing contracts on behalf of your allocated departments. You will be establishing and monitoring contract performances and ensuring KPI'S are achieved. As a contract manager you will be liaising with procurement category managers to provide contractual information and data to support procurement activity. Further duties as a contract manager you will provide pro-active advice and guidance to stakeholders on all contract changes and you will co-ordinate and participate in post procurement reviews of contracts.

To be considered for this role you must have the following,

  • Effective communication
  • Experience of managing contracts to ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed contract requirements
  • Preferable experience working with IT/Facilities/Estates category’s
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIPS)
  • IT literate
