CBS Driver Hire and Recruitment are an ever growing, well established and respected recruitment agency. Having successfully serviced a national contract and laid roots in the Midlands, South, Scotland, Yorkshire and the North East the business is going from strength to strength.

Due to the growth we require a enthusiastic Consultant who would like the opportunity to progress into management. Responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.

You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client and assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage. This involves searching and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages.

The successful candidate could be based in Spennymoor or our new state of the art Sunderland office depending on personal preference/location.

The Successful Recruitment Consultant will have/be:

  • Previous logistic experience
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Basic IT skills
  • A hunger to learn new skills
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Be flexible and reliable
