Bid Manager (Pensions)

Our client is seeking a Bid Manager to sit within the operations team of this large consultancy and support new business and client growth activity. You will work with prospect new clients, as well as upselling to existing clients and rebids for existing clients are renewal and out of contract. The work is project driven with some tight deadlines and it will see your career developing in sales and client strategy. You will complete submissions ensuring they offer high-impact in relation to tender material, presentations and associates sales documents being technical correct, have a persuasive message and are competitive. This is a position where you will have much liaison with a number of different departments to clarify services, resources and reviews. You will develop the bid library and contribute to the continued development of the design of bid materials to give a consistent approach to winning business. To be considered you must demonstrate impeccable attention to details and the ability to converse with many audiences, strong knowledge of DB/DC pension schemes, and a good understanding of service provision for pension administration and work management systems including administration platforms, SLA Management and MI and project reporting.
